We are a Software Development firm in Nigeria, currently embarking on a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves the design and implementation of multiple enterprise management platforms to modernize critical operations and improve efficiency, accountability, and compliance.
About the Project
- We are delivering a digital transformation program for a leading public sector organization in Nigeria. The initiative involves designing and implementing multiple enterprise management platforms within a strict six-month timeline.
- We are seeking Business Analysts (BAs) to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements, map workflows, and ensure business needs are effectively translated into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map existing processes and define optimized “to-be” workflows.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure requirements are reflected in prototypes.
- Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain requirement traceability.
- Support QA during test planning and execution to ensure requirements coverage.
- Act as liaison between client departments and development teams.
- Contribute to TOR deliverables (Inception, Draft, Final Reports).
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–7 years as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Public sector, financial services, or regulated industries preferred.
Skills:
- Strong requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile delivery and writing user stories.
- Familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalents).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical thinking.
- Availability: Must be available full-time, with on-site presence in Abuja for the discovery phase (first 2 months).
Salary
- N600,000 – N800,000 per month.
