Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating and implementing strategic business development plans.
  • The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing strategic business development plans
  • Market research and industry analysis skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
  • Experience in the industry or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
