Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide support in tracking project progress, ensuring that key milestones are met.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout project execution.
- Help coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Assist in managing project logistics, including scheduling and procurement of necessary materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between the project team and stakeholders by preparing regular updates and reports.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and ensure that feedback is communicated to the Project Manager for prompt action.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing financial reports and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Help manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance to ensure project quality.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 6 years experience.
