Job Overview

The Design team strives to deliver world-class designs, whether it’s an internal product or partner’s product, we take pride in our craft from research to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Partnering with Product Managers to drive research pieces that uncover customer problems and define their needs.
Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs.
Setting design requirements based on briefs from all projects.
Using your Figma expertise to streamline workflows and create varied projects from wireframes to highly polished prototypes.
Perform research on product technologies, structures, and relevant design techniques to help improve product UX.
Conduct Proper Research before the Commencement of a Project.
Adopt current design trends and market conditions.
Coordinate with other designers, PMs, engineers, etc to foster collaboration and communication on projects.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
Contribute to sprint planning, Product Journey Maps, and feature scoping sessions to help with an accurate estimation of resources and timelines.
All other responsibilities that are relevant/related to getting your work done.
