We are seeking a Human Resource Officer who will support our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, staff engagement, and compliance.
SUMMARY
The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing and supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both physical and remote employees.

Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring HR data integrity and confidentiality.

Work closely across all functional teams to provide HR guidance where necessary.

Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process of new employees.

Develop and maintain employee engagement strategies.

Provide general HR administrative and operational support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Up to 2 years relevant HR experience (experience in a tech-enabled or e-commerce environment is an advantage).

A passion for human resource management.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; HR software tools is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and work effectively with remote teams.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
