Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Starters Events Management Limited. The ideal candidate must be fast at typing, polite and courteous, and have the ability to upsell products and services to clients. You will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- HND or Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years relevant experience in a customer service or sales-related role.
Salary Range: ₦130,000 monthly
Preferred Location: Applicants residing within the Gwarinpa–Kado axis are strongly encouraged to apply.
