Our client, a Tier-1 Bank (UBA) in the Nigerian Banking Industry, is seeking to hire passionate and result-driven candidates to join its retail team in the capacity below:

Job Summary
- The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of financial and investment products, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. / HND in any related field
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Good understanding of financial products, such as account opening and loan management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques within the financial sector
- High integrity and strong relationship-building skills.
Salary
N93,000 / month (plus performance bonus/commission).
