Job Description
- Are you an experienced Internal Control Auditor/Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in the cosmetics industry?
- We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our internal control framework, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to evaluate financial and operational controls.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Work closely with departments to strengthen control frameworks.
Requirements
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, CIA, CISA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
- Cognate experience in internal control, auditing, or risk management.
- Background in a cosmetics-related company is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
