Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • At least 5 years HR experience; HR certification CIPM is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
