1. Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact between the organization and its clients or customers.
- The role involves providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and efficient problem-solving.
- The CSR is responsible for handling phone calls, emails, live chats, and in-person interactions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s service standards and policies
Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, social media) promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer detailed information to customers about the company’s products and services, ensuring they understand all available options.
- Collect and document customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs and increase sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in customer communication and promotional efforts.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in identifying potential sales leads by recognizing customer needs and communicating these to the sales team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in handling customer interactions and resolving issues.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in execellent customer service
- OND/HND/bachelor’s degree minimum qualification required.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation to maintaining client satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Ajao Estate, Oshodior its environs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
- Neat, smart appearance and presentable at all times.
2. Accountant
Location: Oshodi / Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibiltiies
Financial Systems & Reporting:
- Produce accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Maintain records of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenditures.
Budget Management & Financial Control:
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.Monitor and control expenses through prepayment checks and budget alignment.
Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Establish and enforce internal controls to prevent errors in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements and accounting standards.
Payroll & Fixed Asset Management:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with general ledgers.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate periodic inventories.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Implement solutions for effective cash flow management and balance sheet improvement.
- Safeguard assets by ensuring proper procedures for cash disbursements and receipts.
Financial Forecasting & Modeling:
- Develop accurate financial forecasts and models to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
3. Ticketing Reservation Officer
Location: Oshodi/Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Ticketing a Reservation Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of travel bookings, including flight and hotel reservations, ticket issuance, tour packaging, and customer relationship management.
- This role ensures that all travel arrangements are efficiently handled in line with company policies and industry regulations, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and issue flight tickets using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert travel and tour advice on routes, fares, and travel requirements.
- Liaise with airlines, visa agents, and other travel vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate travel records, prepare itineraries, and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and proactive support.
- Process visa applications and tour packages with strong knowledge of multi-country visa procedures.
- Design and deliver memorable travel experiences tailored to client needs.
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty.
Requirements
- OND minimum qualification required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in reservations, ticketing, visa processing, tour packaging, and business development.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Digital marketing skills (mandatory).
- Must be female (for gender balance).
- Certification from a recognized Aviation School or Travel & Tourism College.
- Aged between 25 – 30 years.
- Must reside in Mushin, Ojuelegba, Oshodior its environs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
