About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Assistance & Administrative SupportManage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
- Handle basic research, document preparation, and file organization.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.
- Assist with content ideas, branding consistency, and campaign execution.
- Data Entry & Database ManagementAccurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company databases.
- Conduct data cleanup, validation, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay range and compensation package
Pay – 120000 – 150000 NGN/month
