Job Summary
- The Campus Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting OPay products and services to students, campus communities, and the broader market.
- This role involves building strong relationships, driving adoption of our services, and achieving sales targets both on and beyond campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote OPay’s financial products and solutions to students, campus organizations, and the wider community.
- Drive sign-ups and onboarding of new users on the OPay platform.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and adoption across campuses and local markets.
- Organize and participate in campus events, activations, and community marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with student leaders, associations, and local stakeholders.
- Report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Campus Sales Manager.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc in any field
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or a recent graduate.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and energetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or related services is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N220,000 gross per month
