Responsibilities
- Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory.
- Handle key partners and customers complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s trade policies
- Track partners performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
- Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners visitation and engagement
- Increase business opportunities through opening new channels, managing partners to achieve targets and growing sales portfolio within assigned territory
- Analyze and review partners’ performance against agreed KPIs. Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years of experience.
Personal Requirements:
- Knowledge of field sales and market Intelligence
- Sales experience on sticky products
- Goal oriented and self-motivated. Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Speak local language
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Salary
N300,000 / Month with performance incentive up to N500,000.
