Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the transport terminal, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and transport personnel.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer service issues and stakeholder communication.
- Develop reports on terminal performance and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transport or terminal management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and safety compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.
