About the Role
Community Phone is hiring Customer Support Representatives in Egypt to deliver exceptional service to landline users. If you’re calm under pressure, love solving problems, and can communicate clearly with all kinds of people, this role offers a flexible remote opportunity with a mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers through calls, tracking issues and identifying recurring concerns.
- Collaborate across teams to remove customer obstacles.
- Help prevent cancellations by understanding customer pain points and offering solutions.
- Look for friendly upsell opportunities that save customers money or improve their experience.

Ensure every interaction is positive, clear, and helpful.
What You Bring
- Excellent English communication (written + spoken).
- Kind, patient, and able to build rapport easily.
- Strong multitasking and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm during high-pressure situations.

Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar tools is a bonus.
Compensation & Shifts
- $6/hour base pay, plus commission opportunities.
- Work remotely from Egypt.
- US-based shifts (open daily 9am–9pm EST).

Weekend availability on a rotating basis.
