Key Responsibilities
- Prepares Financial Statement for Management decision
- Day to day management of the Financial and Management Accounting processes
- Implements approved accounting processes, systems and controls for products and services
- Ensures all creditors’ balances are diligently and completely recorded and accounted for on a daily basis
- Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable details and control
- Raises payment vouchers, writing of cheques, sending of payment vouchers/transfer vouchers for the signatures of the bank signatories.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related discipline. Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 1-5 years working experience in an accounting role within a fast-paced business environment. ACA or ACCA is added advantage
- Experience working with Oracle Financials is an advantage.
- Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form in drafting clear, concise, and easy-to-understand financial reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Candidate must not be older than 35 years of age.
