Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Marketing Graduate Trainee to join our growth and marketing team.
  • This role is designed for high-intelligence, fast-learning, and resourceful graduates who can think critically, learn quickly, and solve problems independently.
  • The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and excited to build a strong foundation in digital and growth marketing.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution, content development, customer insights, creative testing, and performance reporting.
  • This position is perfect for someone who may not have formal marketing experience but is naturally smart, quick to figure things out, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer brand.
  • We have a 3-step hiring process (application & case study, technical interview, and culture fit interview) and are committed to hiring high-performing talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content, influencer, and paid media).
  • Assist with creative development including captions, briefs, content ideas, and campaign storytelling.
  • Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, and industry trends to support marketing decisions.
  • Analyze engagement data and share insights on what content or campaigns are performing well.
  • Assist the marketing team in organizing and tracking creative assets, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
  • Work with the team to ideate new marketing concepts informed by data, customer behavior, and market research.
  • Support A/B testing efforts for creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Draft and organize marketing communication materials while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Maintain simple dashboards or spreadsheets to track marketing KPIs.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
  • Learn and apply marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools over time.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience managing a social media page, online community, campus organization, or personal brand.
  • Worked on any personal project (a small business, content page, online store, campus project).
  • Basic familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or online communities.
  • Experience using simple productivity tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, etc.).
  • Strong writing ability or interest in storytelling.
  • Curiosity about how brands grow or how people behave online.
  • The ability to learn new digital tools quickly (we will train you).
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and interpret simple data.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or social-first marketing.
