Job Summary

The Marketer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company real estate offerings, managing enquiries, and converting prospects to active clients.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through online and physical marketing channels.
Promote available property products to buyers and investors.
Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with prospects.
Participate in field marketing activities, property tours, and sales events.
Maintain detailed client and lead information using approved reporting templates.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in creating brand awareness through digital and community-based marketing.
Provide excellent customer service from first contact to post-purchase engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good use of social media for marketing and lead generation is an advantage.

Compensation
Base Salary + Commission.
