The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the initial stages of the sales cycle. The successful candidate will be skilled in identifying and prequalifying new leads.
  • This is an on-site role based in our Lagos office, located on the Mainland, Ikeja (opposite 7up).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential leads
  • Research and prequalify leads to ensure they meet our criteria
  • Analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
  • Communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insights.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of experience in the lead generation industry
  • Understanding of international markets is a plus
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently after training
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: N180,000 – N200,000 monthly (100 GBP)
  • Monthly Commissions: Can be as high as 500k to 1M Naira if leads convert to deals
  • Uncapped commission – unlimited earning potential.
