Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions within a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • This role ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, regulatory compliance, office administration, and supports business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for tech, product, risk, compliance, and operations roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with fintech regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Monitor Compensation & Benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning for rapid scaling.

General Affairs (GA):

  • Oversee office facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Manage office operations, equipment, maintenance, and security arrangements.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, training sessions, and travel logistics.
  • Monitor office budget, utilities, and operational expenses.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years experience.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
