1.) Digital Marketing Officer
Job Description
- Ibadan Business School is seeking a highly driven and innovative Digital Marketing Officer to lead, implement, and manage the School’s digital marketing strategy.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, promoting training programmes, managing digital channels, executing campaigns, and supporting strategic brand positioning across public and private sector audiences.
- The role requires strong digital marketing expertise, creativity, analytical skills, and practical experience in managing digital platforms that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with IBS’s annual strategic goals.
- Manage the School’s website content, SEO, and online presence to ensure high visibility and engagement.
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Whatsapp Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Sponsored Content.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation for lead nurturing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare periodic performance reports.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets; ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Support the design and distribution of digital flyers, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.
- Generate leads for training programs and collaborate with the Business Development team to convert leads into enrolments.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Keep abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Coordinate online communities and respond to inquiries across digital touchpoints.
- Provide technical support on digital communication tools used for webinars, online training, and virtual events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Business, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, consultancy, or training services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of web management (WordPress or similar CMS) is an added advantage.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated passion for digital trends, online engagement, and brand storytelling.
2.) Operations Manager
Role Summary
- The Operations Manager will oversee daily administrative, logistical, programmatic, and field operations of the Ijesa Development Fund (IDF).
- The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting the smooth execution of projects, coordination of stakeholders, and maintenance of operational standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all Ijesa Development Fund (IDF) projects and activities.
- Support program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Manage logistics, documentation, project scheduling, and fieldwork coordination.
- Ensure proper record keeping, data management, and reporting systems for projects and administrative activities.
- Assist with resource mobilization efforts, donor documentation, and partner engagement.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for the Executive Director and Board of Trustees.
- Support budgeting processes and ensure adherence to operational financial guidelines.
- Liaise with community leaders, stakeholders, volunteers, and partner organizations as required.
- Ensure compliance with NGO operational standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in operations, project support, administration, or NGO-related work.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and basic data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of community development activities in Ijesaland is an added advantage.

3. Job Title: Executive Director
Location: Ilesa, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- The Executive Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ijesa Development Fund (IDF) and will be responsible for leading the IDF’s strategic, administrative, financial, and developmental operations.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, broad development expertise, and a passion for community transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all organizational programs, projects, and operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, annual work plans, policies, and frameworks aligned with the mission of IDF.
- Lead resource mobilization efforts, fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement for organizational sustainability.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, internal controls, and transparent reporting in compliance with NGO standards.
- Coordinate and supervise staff, volunteers, and project teams working across Ijesaland communities.
- Foster strategic partnerships with government agencies, development partners, community institutions, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessment and ensure development programs address critical community challenges.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the Board of Trustees.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements governing NGOs in Nigeria
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in NGO leadership, development work, project/program management, or related fields.
- Strong background in resource mobilization, grant writing, and donor relations.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, governance systems, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven track record of leading teams, coordinating multi-sectoral projects, and achieving measurable results.
- High integrity, accountability, emotional intelligence, and commitment to community development.
- Good understanding of the socio-cultural and developmental landscape of Ijesaland is a strong advantage.
