Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Personnel to join our hotel team.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Operate the hotel’s front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately.
  • Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (hospitality experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (PMS).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
