Responsibilities
- Managing service delivery teams and quality standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and experience
- Handling escalations and resolving service issues
- Setting service level agreements and monitoring compliance
- Training and developing customer service teams
- Managing relationships with clients and customers.
- Intrested applicants must have worked and held managerial positionsin a structured hotel or a bank.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
