About the Role
- We are hiring a Financial Analyst (Finance, Operations & Reconciliation). This role involves close collaboration with the finance team and operations team to perform daily accounting tasks, financial operations activities, and reconciliation of key accounts.
- The position ensures accuracy in financial records, timely processing of transactions, and proper documentation to support month-end reporting.
What you will do
- Record financial transactions in the general ledger in accordance with accounting standards. Assist with journal entries, prepayments, adjustments and preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, staff claims, and other operational finance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of payables, receivables, and expense transactions.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Reconcile supplier statements, customer accounts, and intercompany balances.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the financial service industry is an advantage.
