Job Description
- We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and support our growing team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
- Oversee performance management, discipline, and employee relations
- Implement HR policies, compliance, and staff welfare systems
- Coordinate training, workforce planning, and payroll support
Requirements
- Proven HR management experience (hospitality/FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour practices and HR administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and ability to work under pressure
