Description
- Triton International Company Limited is a growing organization committed to operational excellence and sound financial management.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and support management with accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Provide timely financial insights and reports to management
- Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years relevant accounting experience
- Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and Nigerian tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
