Key Responsibilities​

  • Field Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market toachieve and exceed sales targets forresidential and C&I energy storage system, PV panels, and other renewableenergy products. Identify potential customersthrough exhibition, street promotions, cold visits, and retail store visits, including investors, distributors, installers, EPC, end-users, etc, and drive sales through proactive prospecting, presentation, and negotiation.​
  • Basic Channel Development: Develop previous customers and partners. Seekand report potential new distribution partners and assist in initial partnership discussions.Support maintenance of existing local dealer channelsby visitingto ensure proper product display and provide foundational sales training.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Directly engage customers to understand customer needs, provide professional product recommendations and solutions, and ensure high-quality after-sales service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Market Analysis:Provide regular market reports and feedback to the management team. Keep a close eye on the energy storage andrenewableenergymarket trends, competitor activities, and local policy updates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to ensure seamless coordination in product promotion, delivery, and customer support.​

Qualifications​

  • Bachelor above degree required, renewable energy, electrical engineering, and business administration major preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of offline sales experiencein PV energy, energy storage, renewableenergy field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Nigeria market, especially in local market.
  • Skills: Strong face-to-face communication skillsin English andlocal language, well understanding in local culture and business etiquette.
  • Flexible outdoor and non-office working environment, basic digital literacyrequired,familiar with office software.
  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, comfortable starting in an execution-focused role, and able to thrive in a “volume-driven”sales model.

Salary
USD 700 – USD 2,000 / Month.
