Role Summary
- As a Scrum Master / PMO, you will be responsible for driving project delivery, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional teams.
- You will oversee product and technology initiatives, manage delivery timelines, and implement best practices in project governance and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Drive the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects across product, engineering, and operations
- Work with product owners and team leads to remove blockers and improve delivery timelines
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for tracking progress and performance
- Implement PMO standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proper escalation and resolution
- Foster a collaborative and accountable environment for team delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4–6 years proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Management, agile Methodology in a tech or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance methodologies
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- High attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset
