Job Summary
- We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Service Implants to be stationed at client locations to coordinate logistics operations, ensure service excellence, and act as the company’s on-site representative. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day shipment processing while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site representative of the company at the client’s location.
- Coordinate daily pickup, delivery, and shipment processing activities.
- Receive, validate, and process shipment requests from the client.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and handover of shipments.
- Liaise with operations, network, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor service level performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Escalate operational challenges promptly and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SLA compliance rate
- Accuracy of shipment documentation and data entry
- Client satisfaction and feedback
- Timely escalation and resolution of issues
- Attendance and reliability at client site
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / ND in any discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, courier operations, or customer service.
- Good understanding of logistics processes and shipment handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, logistics systems).
