Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office documentation and records
  • Handle correspondence and emails
  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings
  • Assist with general office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ND or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience in an administrative role
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet usage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
