Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining resource pool testing users
- Responsible for recruiting fan users for new product fan trials, organizing fan trial activities, and maintaining and closing fan trials during the mass production maintenance phase
- Responsible for monitoring and improving user activity, problem feedback, and upgrade rates
- Cooperate to organize and recycle user specific experience activities and experience results
- Cooperate to improve the overall fan operation system
- Collaborate with tool development to continuously improve user tools and front-end and back-end systems
- Conduct a review and summary of fan trials, and continuously improve them in subsequent work.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- More than 2 years of user operation and management experience
- Good ability to analyze, summarize, and solve problems in a timely manner
- Excellent command of Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Have a certain understanding of the electronic product development process
- Data-sensitive, skilled in data analysis, with clear and rigorous logic, goal-oriented in user operations
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic attitude, and teamwork spirit.
