  • Beyond day-to-day management, you will be working closely with our vehicle partners, helping them implement systems to scale their fleets effectively.
  • You will also be the custodian of our sustainability goals, actively sourcing and prioritizing energy efficient vehicles (CNG, EVs, etc.) to achieve a greener fleet mix.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Growth & Green Fleet Strategy:

  • Lead the Acquisition team to identify and onboard new vehicle partners to meet the target for new qualified vehicles.

Partner Capacity Building & Development:

  • Move beyond simple retention by actively helping our vehicle partners grow their own businesses.
  • Advise key partners on fleet management best practices, maintenance scheduling, and driver management, enabling them to expand their capacity from single-vehicle owners to fleet operators.
  • Create “Growth Playbooks” or workshops that help partners manage their growing fleets effectively alongside Shuttlers’ demand.

Trip Fulfillment & Cost Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the business team, ensuring that client and internal requests are met with speed and efficiency (98% Fulfillment Rate).
  • Secure vehicles that are not only cheaper but fuel-efficient, ensuring better margins for Shuttlers and lower operating costs for partners.
  • Ensure buffer provision for all active trips while reducing the cost of alternative options during downtime

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to show them their growth trajectory and areas for operational improvement.
  • Ensure payment timeline is strictly adhered to across all business lines
  • Ensure timely renewal of the contract for all active partners

Strategic Initiatives: Fleet Academy

  • Project Lead: Spearhead the setup and launch of the Shuttlers Fleet Academy.
