Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, records, and office documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day front desk and office activities.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
- Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Requirements
- Basic administrative knowledge (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in office systems and documentation.
