Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, records, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate day-to-day front desk and office activities.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming office environment.

Requirements

  • Basic administrative knowledge (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
  • Willingness to learn and work independently.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in office systems and documentation.
