Job Description

  • Our Client is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join the team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, including scheduling cleaning appointments, managing HR processes, and facilitating corporate gifting orders with the support of other team members.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls and visits to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system and any other tools.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of services and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in facility management, cleaning services, HR management, or sales is a plus.
