Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the Managing Director and executive team.
