Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR/Admin Officer in Abuja.
- The Senior HR/Admin Officer will manage HR policies, maintain positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with labour and employment laws.
Other key tasks include:
- HR management and supporting the company’s HR functions
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees
- Assist in Payroll Management
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Schedule virtual meetings
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. Vouchers, and packages)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Professional certification in HR is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR management, HR policies, and human resources
- Extensive experience in employee relations and familiar with labor and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
