Duties/ Responsibilities of a Recruitment Associate

Source and attract the right candidates for open roles.
Implement and support employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and files.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and tasks.

Qualifications & Skill Sets of a Recruitment Associate

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
