Dr. Seyi Absolute Wellness is a leading healthcare and wellness company dedicated to providing high-quality services and products to its clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our logistical operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to track logistics activities and report on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the transportation and logistics industry
- Manage and supervise a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation and procurement processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using logistics software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
