Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, exceptional customer service, staff management, and achieving financial targets.
Responsibilities- Restaurant Operation Manager
Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Schedule employee shifts and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Customer Service:
- Ensure that guests receive high-quality service and an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, address any issues or concerns, and implement improvements as needed.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-control measures.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze variances, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements to address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
Qualifications- Restaurant Operation Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5- 8 years of Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and restaurant management systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant industry best practices.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
