Key Responsibilities (Regional Business Development Manager)

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the assigned region of Nigeria.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients, including brokers, investment firms, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, to build and maintain a robust book of business.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and delivery of top-notch service.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights to management, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.

 

 

 

 

Requirements- (Regional Business Development Manager)

  1. Proven track record of business development and sales success within the financial services industry, with a focus on liquidity solutions, brokerage services, or related fields.
  2. A strong network of contacts within the Nigerian financial market, including brokers, investment firms, and other industry stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate favorable terms.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  6. Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the forex or financial services sector.
