BlueBulb Financials is seeking a friendly and organized FrontDesk professional to join our team. As a FrontDesk, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or person.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
