  1. Early Years Teacher (British-Nigerian Blend Curriculum)

Job Description
  • Foundation Skills: Foster a strong foundation for early years students by blending elements of the British and Nigerian curricula, focusing on language development, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Play-Based Learning: Implement a play-based approach that incorporates elements of Nigerian and British early years education, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment.
  • Assessment and Progress Tracking: Use a variety of assessment techniques from both curricula to monitor and track student progress, sharing this information with parents and guardians.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Create an early years curriculum that recognizes and respects cultural diversity, integrating Nigerian traditions and values into daily classroom activities.

Job Overview
