Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a country ambassador. As a country ambassador, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and driving growth in your assigned/resident country.
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders within the consumer goods industry.
- Your main objective will be to create awareness of our products, build brand loyalty, and increase sales.

Responsibilities
- Represent Pad-Up Creations Ltd. in your assigned country, acting as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and influencers.
- Provide ongoing support and training to distributors and retailers to ensure their success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to showcase our products.
- Organize conferences, workshops, and brand awareness programs as forerunners in your country.
Job Requirements / Criteria
- The minimum qualification required is a First Degree.
- Social media savvy.
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned country.
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s) is required.
