Job Summary
Handing all the branch’s documentation including filling of the company’s source documents (Airway bills, Daily sales sheets, weekly sales reports, etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Market company’s services & products with the view to meeting monthly sales targets
- Keeping safe custody of all branch’s stationery.
- Safekeeping and proper disbursements of branch’s float as directed by company policy
- Management of PODs generation and remittance to origin stations
- Customer information management including telephones, e-mails, etc
- Handling complaints and objections from internal and external customers
- Any other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned
Requirements
- SC/ND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
- Any graduate qualification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to apply judgment
- Information management skills
- Ability to communicate (Verbal & written)
