We’re on the lookout for a talented Creative Assistant, who is able to take on day-to-day tasks, is great at Social media management, Content creation, high-end Admin tasks, and basic Accounting skills to connect with our amazing clients in the Creative industry, in need of a reliable right-hand person.
Job Summary
Job Title: Virtual Creative Assistant
Location-Type: Remote – PST hours (25hrs/week)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Salary Budget: $155 – $175 (Post commission)

Job Description
- Brainstorm, create, and edit captivating content on all social media platforms (written, visual, or audio) aligned with our brand strategy.
- Craft eye-catching graphics, write witty captions, and manage our social media presence across platforms.
- Work closely with the team to understand content goals and translate them into visually appealing stories.
- Curate a content calendar, and plan and schedule social media posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and data entry
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using project management tools and Google Suite
- Manage and monitor basic advertising campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) according to campaign goals, as well as analyze ad performance metrics and make adjustments for optimization
Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience working remotely as a Virtual assistant; preferably in the creative industry.
- A highly creative individual with a passion for brainstorming and generating fresh, as well as storytelling through video.
- Skilled video editor with experience using professional editing software.
- Social media expert with a knack for crafting engaging Instagram Reels.
- Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and meets deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in design software (Canva, Photoshop) and social media platforms (a plus).
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Motion graphics or animation software
- Experience creating content for specific social media platforms (e.g., IG/ TikTok)
