Job Description
- As a 3-Wheeler Cargo Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our range of 3-wheeler cargo vehicles. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as nurturing existing client relationships, to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the cargo segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, in alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to understand their cargo transportation requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of 3-wheeler cargo vehicles, tailored to the specific needs of customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
- Provide training and support to dealers, distributors, and sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales, pricing, and customer service.
