THE ROLE
Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies for AfyA Care and its OpCos. The Digital Marketing Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of marketing campaigns.
OBJECTIVES
The fundamental role of a Digital Marketing Analyst is to increase
1. the number of people who seek out and visit AfyA Care and its OpCos websites through paid media
2. May also be required to identify in partnership with the content lead strategies to help the organization’s websites rank highly on search engine results pages and thereby increase organic traffic to the sites.
SKILLS & COMPETENCES
· 2 years of related experience in Digital Marketing (key focus on digital media planning and buying)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology
· Strong proficiency in analytical tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
· knowledge of paid search, display advertising and social media advertising
· Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools.
· Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
· Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, SEMrush, etc.)
· Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
· Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and techniques.
· Relevant degree or training course required
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Running, managing and monitoring paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, Google and YouTube
· Managing paid search campaigns.
· Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and SEM strategies.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and other key performance indicators.
· Assist with drafting, defining and implementing unified SEO strategies and campaigns that will drive long term sustainable site traffic.
· Conduct research, data collection and analysis to assess the visibility of the assigned Opco websites and social media accounts.
· Recommend content revisions to improve SEO and increase website visibility.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
· Performing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and areas for improvement across all our digital platforms
· Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies to improve them.
· Social media posting and community management
· Keeping up to date with new pad media trends
· Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and implement changes to enhance user experience and engagement.
