Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging contents, and driving online engagement with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring all content aligns with the brands style
- Create calendars and schedules for consistent and relevant posting.
- Manage day to day handling of all social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and inquiries
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that support broader marketing initiatives
- Design and develop multimedia contents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of proven 2 years of working experience as a content creator, social media manager
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer etc)
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Corel draw etc
- Basic video editing skills are a plus
- Vast in SEO and Social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
