Job Title: Architect

Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various projects.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications and client requirements while adhering to the company’s standards for quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design buildings and produce detailed drawings according to best practices and standards of contemporary designs using the best design software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs.
- Supervise site construction to ensure that it conforms with required standards
- Use 3D illustration or visualization for projects and presentations
- Ensure safety and functionality while minding aesthetics
- Ensure contractors conform with building policies and use adequate materials as required
- Ensure work is delivered within deadlines
- Ensure design aligns with policies and regulations i.e. cross-ventilation law, minimum space requirements, etc.
- Stay updated on new trends, building materials, and advancements in architectural practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certification or membership in architectural bodies is an advantage.
