Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales and supporting the overall growth objectives of the Fixcenter Services Limited.

 

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend Fixcenter maintenance packages to meet those needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality customer service.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, and client needs.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fixcenterproducts and services.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Fixcenter services to prospective clients.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve goals.
  • Provide support and assistance to junior marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or Marketing.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sales
  • At least 2years experience in marketing, business development or Sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented.
